That is exactly what the previous owner of this home did. He bought the house, then spent $250k on this elaborate pool, to showcase what he could do as a pool builder. When he didn't make it, they foreclosed on the house and the G/F's nephew bought the entire house and pool set up for $400K. Not bad if you don't mind driving to BF Egypt every day. (Chris, 15 fwy, go east on Cajalco Road, around Lake Matthews, 15 miles, and quick north turn on Wood Road.)

Yeah, I'm either 2 1/2 hours or 6 1/2 hours away from Kingman, depending on what house I'm at.
