Best prime rib the 15 of us have had in a very long time. Even the kids polished it off. The ribs were even better. Something about Oak makes stuff taste great.

Making another prime rib and some homemade swedish potato sausage. Never done sausage on a grill. Guess we will see how that turns out

They do that and keep it moist, this second prime rib was better than the first. Ive really never had better at any restaurant. I'm thoroughly impressed by how it cooks.
