G/F "de-Christmased" the inside of the house yesterday. I will pull down the lights after the 1st.

Spent 5k on materials for the rental today. Its gonna take 5 years to recoupe what im spending on this place.

Tore the bathroom out of the rental, going to pull out the floor joists and redo all the plumbing at the same time. Old plumbing leaks caused the floor to sag plus its 100 years old so time for new.
