I've got an insurance adjuster here looking at our roofs for hail damage. I need positive thoughts! I'm praying he turns it in as hail damage.

Whenever I'm home alone when a service person arrives, I open the door and of course both dogs are right there wanting out, so I turn and call back into the house saying "you guys keep the dogs in the house!" Before I squeeze out the door.

No. I'm guessing they are looking at the overall condition of the property. The stained parts need staining, and a door frame needs replacing. Other than that it's in good shape I think.

I'm going to bring in some painters to give bids on the staining.
