I agree. It's gets hard for me, I like to drink but I couldn't imagine needing to drink it not being able to not drink. I smoked for many years and that was tough to quit until I got hypnotized and never had a craving since, that was 13 years ago.Addicts won't change unless they want to change. Any break throughs?Evening, heading home from the hospital
He signed up for an outpatient rehab but also started making excuses of how busy he will be when he gets out of the hospital. I made sure to let everyone know he had nothing going on.Any break throughs?
Shitty day for sure. I'm hoping my buddy makes it a little longerSpeaking of alcoholics, on my way home from house hunting in Prescott, I stopped by my Havasu house to check on things. On my way out, I stopped by one of my security guard's friend's house, who is named Bill, and saw his car and golf cart out front but nobody was home. I left and drove by my neighbor to say hi. He says, "Did you hear about Bill?" Of course I said no, and he advised he died on Thanksgiving night. He lost his girlfriend, his house and job, and decided to snuggle up to his friend Jack Daniels. Weds night a bunch of neighbors took him to the hospital, got 3 bags of "ringers", and demanded to go home. With severe DT's, he became violent so everyone left. He dialed "911" early Thanksgiving morning, but by the time paramedics got to his house, he was dead. This friend was only 56 years old. What a fucked way to end my trip.
Dont lie, it doesn't rain thereMorning all. It is raining here. Glad we decided to get home and settled in before the wetness.
