Unfortunately, this week was in the 90's.

Today, begins 4-5 rain days, so it isn't expected to get to 70 degrees. Good timing...not!

Need a new water heater. $1321. Tank and labor. 10 years ago, would have changed it myself. Just can't do it anymore. I could buy the tank for $530. at a local lumberyard.

He couldn't nail two boards together, even with me holding them. And I have no way to haul a water heater right now.
