He says it's mostly out around his place, he was able to save his building and most of his property. His neighbor lost 800 acres of pasture. Not sure if he lost any cattle yet. A lot of people lost their cattle around here.

Yes, it's still slowly making it's way closer to us. The afternoon is when the wind blows so we will see how it goes

Can you use some of your equipment to make a fire break? Or at least move stuff to a rental?

I ran my dozer last night and cut a break the best I could on my property, id have to cut a fence and tear up the neighbors land to make a better break. I moved a lot of my stuff yesterday, luckily most my equipment is on jobs so it's safe.

Fire is getting pretty close, we had rented the park down by the lake this weekend anyway so I took the camper there, family is all there.

Fire is pretty out of control. 160000 acres plus.

So far the road behind us is the break and it's working so far. If I find out if mine works then the fire is at my house. It's getting windy. This Pic is across the highway from the lake here.

Yeah. It would have to cross the highway and everything is green there. I'm back home just so I can keep an eye on things
