Nothin a few more cups of coffee won't fix.
It was my former bro in law and my ex wife's sister who came over for dinner. He needs a full copper repipe at his house, but can't afford to have it done. I volunteered to help him do it, since he has helped me tremendously over here working as my electrician.

I'm not surprised. LOL.
Just got a call from my realtor, my house that I just sold has an unpaid tax bill from 2015. I owe 4k for a 1k bill that my escrow account forgot to pay. My escrow account has been screwed up since the company Cenlar took over for the banks. They put the dates due for taxes and the insurance amount for my rental house on my houses impound account. I have been fighting them for two years to get it fixed but they seem to think I have been wrong and not them. Of course when I ask why this bill wasn't paid it is because they never got the bill. That is the same excuse they have been using for two years when things are paid late. Cenlar is a joke of a company.
Seems they are responsible for uncovering all liens and tax debts. It may be time to get a hold of a RE attorney?
