So as of about a month ago I am no longer taking any medication except testosterone shots. Quit my lyrica for my foot, my low dose naltrexone for my autoimmune disease and the musc other crap for issues I may or may not have had. I feel pretty good except my foot besides hurting is cramping all the time. It's fine when I have my boots on but as soon as I get home shower and sit down I'm fighting cramps all night til I go back to work. Anyone have any recommendations to slow it or stop it?

Definitely Magnesium glycinate... It helps relax muscles, helps with sleeping, and helps with anxiety. I take it morning and night. It won't bother your stomach either.

NOW Foods Supplements, Magnesium Glycinate 100 mg, Highly Absorbable Form, 180 Tablets

I already take a banana every day. Ill have to look into magnesium, sometimes I take it to fall asleep already. My cramps are pretty much nonstop they go from painful cramps to tolerable then I move my foot and it cramps up again, its fun to watch because I can see the muscled do their thing. When I was on lyrica I had no cramps at all unless I missed a dose but that stuff was making me stupid so I wanted to stop.

The magnesium glycinate is the one supplement I make sure I take every day morning and night. Without it I have muscle tension like clenching my jaw and tense shoulders and restless legs and it definitely helps me sleep. I don't remember having any leg or foot cramps since I started taking it a couple years ago. Hopefully it'll at least help with yours.
