Back in the 70s, Ford heater fans were inside the left front fender. We would just cut a hole in the fender, rivet a piece over the hole and spray undercoat over it.

I like a chop but minimal. Id like to find one with a 2 or 4 inch. That one has a 7 inch which is excessive. Im thinking a 4 but i want to see one first
