Our insurance went up 50 % at the first of the year.Speaking of insurance....I'm betting 85% of homeowners are now under insured. I'm sure I fall into this category, but thankfully, I could still rebuild this house with the money I receive. It pays to be mechanical and have the tools necessary to fix things.
Wait.....peanut butter on a burger?
Morning all. Nothin like waking up all this depression. I hear there is a massive bailout with Bidum's staff. They don't even like their boss. Saw on TV about a huge march in Lost Angeles about those scary guns. They want all "assault rifles" banned. Tell me little furries, exactly what is an assault rifle? I bet they can't tell anyone.
These sad saps are unable to pull their pants down and determine if they have an innie or an outie....
I'm in the same boat, I live in a desirable place, we paid 420k for ours and it's worth almost 4 times that. For me that's a negative because it only raises taxes. I don't know how people afford to buy right now. What baffles me is many people I talk to just don't see this bubble popping. I have a customer sinking about 500k into a house that on a good day should be worth 400k. He thinks it will be a million dollar home when he is done. In reality it's probably borrowed money and he will lose his house. I just don't get it.Property values;
They have become insane.
Our house and property when we purchased about six years ago was a bit under 400K, the people were hurting to sell it, and the market was well down at the time, way down !
The value of it hit double that several months ago, and is well over twice what we paid currently, very close to three times what we had paid. Looks good on paper for us to have a 'property' value up where and it is and most likely to be able to get that number with respect with other like properties here where we are!
One of the issues is we sit in the center of several million acres of national and state parks, yes, in the middle. There is not new property for sell in this area which is an asset to those that presently own. It is a truly a 'desirable' area. There are some scattered lots of an acre plus that some have been sitting on for several dozen years occasionally popping up for sale, but at prices that you could have bought just 3-4 years ago already developed with utilities and a house!
The issue becomes IF we were to sell, trying to find another without 'downgrading' would be near impossible!
We have seen some that listed for seven figures+, begin to drop some, but not really much. Most were just outrageously priced !!!! But yet they are still selling at over twice what they were 'valued' at just two years ago.
INSANITY !!!!!
I bought the Cholula 6 pack of flavors, they are all good but I'm not a fan of Chipotle anything.I Like Hot Dogs !

Afternoon all, think I'll make some refried Peruvian beans and some pork chili Verde for dinner.
