After 5 days of fighting my health insurance, I was finally able to get a 5% lidocaine patch for my left bicep. I put it on last night at 9PM, and for the first time in 3 months, I slept like a baby. Darn little patch is a blessing.

I have had luck with this for pain. "diclofenac sodium topical gel 3 percent", but a small tube is $45 and the insurance won't cover it either.

You may have to pay a bit more, but maybe then you won't have IDIOTS that don't work, don't show up, take off when they feel like it, destroy equipment without a care and the rest of their **** excuses...

If it were that easy to steal guys I would. Here there are a few huge companies and the rest are mostly family run for what I do. I can't compete with the benefits they get from the big guys. I've tried on several occasions. It's with every trade, its just a lose situation. It's not like it was 10 or more years ago. My guys are not horrible but they do screw up more than I like but even the good guys do. It's a tough gig anymore.
