Value of our house has tripled in the 3 years we have owned it.
Same here. Not good if you are not selling. My assessed value went up 29 percent this year.
We've gone up $300k since I purchased 6 years ago. Then again, I probably dropped $150k in improvements. Just installed a Quiet Cool whole house fan on Friday night. Man, I love it.
