I've hunted Reelfoot 6 times now with an outfitter and never once had a even slight problem. I understand public blinds and ramps are a problem sometimes, but we launch from the deck at the lodge. Pricey, but worth it. There's a lot of folk lore associated with the lake, but it's a beautiful area to hunt. Lots of duck hunters, limited resources as far as duck blinds. Speculation is dementia played a part in the shootings, no motive has been made public.Tennessee man, 70, wanted for 2 murders found dead in lake, investigators say

I don't believe anything that's on the news anymore. Anything is possible. If I'm ever found dead on a jogging trail, somebody better start a murder investigation.Wow. Either a government cover up, or he offed himself?
I'm guessing he died of exposure or drowned the day of the shooting. There were to many LEO on scene for family or friends to get in there. Where it happened was miles from firm land. It's an area of marsh. It looks like land at the tree line but it's just muck. Waters only a couple feet deep over 3' of mud.sounds like the boys kin folk done got a little justice. that is typical in Tennessee. got some real clannish folks in them mountains.
15 minutes, maybe 16.My BIL lives in Mt Juliet, how far is that from you?
Possible, his account for what happened lines up with the evidence at the scene.Could the third guy in the duck blind that lived have killed the 70 year old man.... or he possibly killed all three of them?
Do you think I'm rich or something. At least you can afford to work on your house.Tell Chris you are related to him. He'll buy it for you.
