Cut out most carb heavy foods (damn I do miss my pasta) even white 'taters/rice, reduced salt, portion control mainly.
More fresh veggies and NOT canned crap, reduced way down on fried type foods, still have a lot of protien like steak, more fish, chicken, grilled, broiled...
It really wasn't hard at all.
Dont know if I could go without pasta.

My problem is whiskey. I have a drink or two daily. Never get drunk but it works better than a pain pill on my back. It also helps me keep some weight on.
 
Been sitting here all day waiting on the plumbing inspector. Hope he doesn't wait til 5 to flake on me.
 
Eight hours of waiting and the inspector calls to say he wont make it til Monday.
 
Skipped the car show today to take the kids fishing. Both girls caught there first fish. Was worth it.
