Late morning all. We have another Christmas dinner tonight with my brothers family. Going to make another prime rib. Must be nice having me as family, I foot the bill and make the food for everyone.

I made an awesome prime rib last night. 9 pounder, 3 bone, cooked at 500 degrees for 18 minutes, then 16 minutes a pound at 325. Pulled it out when temp hit 118 degrees. Let it rest for 30 minutes, and it was full of juice. Also bought a mayonnaise sized jar or prepared horseradish from Smart and Final for $4.50. Best stuff I've ever tasted.

What would you do, i have two what were in new condition 8 foot folding tables that I got from grandpa, he only ever used them for Christmas dinner and a few parties over the years. . I loaned them to a friend for a weekend about a year ago and have been asking for them back forever. He just brought them over. They sat in water for some time and one was dropped and both are scratched to no end. Of course he just tossed them in my shop and took off instead of putting them back in the garage where they beling.

Rik?
Regardless, I'd tell him they are unusable, and you expect 2) new tables. Then find the local source, and give him the price. Lastly, ask him if he wants help picking them up for you.
His son. He finally offered but he's broke so good luck. They are 240 bucks each new.

I'm back and tired. I've been up since 4am Cincinnati time which is 2am Arizona time. Travel was chaotic and crowded and traffic was terrible and very slow. It's good to be home.
