'Cause
NOBODY
Damn Ken are you looking for help with your projects? It sure sounds inviting. LOL.
The entire detached garage/shop is 6" stud walls, the ceiling runs from 20' to 18', all is fully insulated, all with 5/8" sheet rock, finished, textured and painted, walls and ceiling. There is a 10x11 room off to the side in the back for utilities and the compressor, there is also a large deep wash sink, near it is a parts washer. 14 and a 16 foot overhead doors, two walk-in doors, 6x6x4 inch glass block windows about 10' above the floor around the sides for ambient light two LARGE commercial size evaporative coolers/ventilation fans, a large move and cool, ceiling mounted lighting, 4plex outlets every 8' on the walls mounted about 4' from the floor, pneumatic air pipping around the perimeter with plug ins about every 10', also 220v. An area for detailing. Welder, plasma cutter, torch, couple of engine lifts, three engine stands, lift, bearing press, band saw, sand blaster, brake bleeder, grinders, tools carts, most every hand tool you could think of, most doubled or better, painting equipment, several floor jacks, 16" to 24" jack stands, those under the wheel roll around cradle thingys, and I'm sure I am forgetting much more...…
Oh, and a four speaker sound system to jam to and a place to sit down to look at it all...
Nearly forgot, there is also along side of the detached a newer, about 3 years old Conex painted to match the garage with selves along one side and packed with parts. Besides that is the car hauler.
Near the detached is a 14x20, maybe 3 year old that has the Polaris 1000xl RZR and shelves with mostly camping stuff.
The dethatched garage/shop will park 3 wide x 3 deep with two on lifts.
There is also an oversized two car attached to the house, with built-in cabinets, shelves and a work bench, an air compressor and tools.
Plenty of room for one lonely Jeep CJ8... to be taken down to the frame and all restored to better than new and put back together !!!!!!
