That is an ambitious project. How well is the city working with you on the transformation? Have you inquired about any Community Development Funds available? Our little city would hand out $35K just on a promise to keep it open for a year.

Looking from the inside towards the front doors, it looked splayed at the bottom. Is this just an optical illusion?

I've done a few of those myself.

I've been ignoring my shoulder pain but its getting to the point there is a lot of stuff I cant do on my own. I really probably should slow down on the construction and enjoy life a little more. I'm falling apart and I'm not even 40 yet.
