I've come to the conclusion that it is a guy thing.
Mix 1 pound of hamburger with 1 pound of ground pork. Add a cup of bread crumbs, one diced white onion, two eggs, and a cup of ketchup. Add a few spices to give it some flavor (salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, basil, etc). Mix it all together, place into a bread loaf pan, glass or metal, and cook at 350 degrees for about one hour, and you have an awesome meatloaf, with meatloaf sandwiches all day.

By the way, I'm sure Chris also has an awesome recipe, which would taste better, but this is a basic meat loaf recipe I've used for decades.

I made boar and elk for dinner tonight. Had some elk backstraps with some pig sausage. Was good.
