Hey all

I have to confess. I was mowing the lawn yesterday, which is a 22" rotary blade. I was doing a special "x" cut on my grass, which meant walking backwards until the cutter lined up. I misjudged my step, and tripped over my retaining wall, and fell on the stone walkway with the mower still running. My foot was hovering right below that damn spinning blade and for sure I thought I cut off my foot. Well, nothing happened except I have a bruised ego and a bruised elbow. My big mistake was telling mama. She had a fit. She said no more, no way, was she going to allow me to mow the lawn and we are rehiring our gardener. Hell, if I knew it was going to be that easy, I would have done this a long time ago.

Glad to hear that you are okay, your very lucky.

Morning guys, heading to the mountains to deliver a log I milled for a customer and maybe look for a deer while I am there

We don't watch much TV, other than I watch some football. Had a 22" TV. Wife came home with a 40" . Probably small for you guys, but nice to me.

Good afternoon y'all!

Back from camping. It was nice not having cell, internet or TV for a couple days. Shot archery, fished, cooked, ate drank and made merry.

I just got stopped by a trooper, was doing 32 in a 35 have a loaded and chambered pistol on my passenger seat and a loaded rifle hanging on the back of my seat and she was only concerned about why I didnt have a firewood permit attached to my trailer. Verified I owned the property where the wood came from and said have a good day, never asked anything about the guns she was staring at. Imagine if I were in California

In California you would never be seen or heard from again.

Would have been pokey time.

Got pulled over again closer to my house by a forestry law enforcement officer. Once again not a care in the world about guns sitting on the seat. I guess there is a big problem with people cutting wood without a permit, weird because the permit is 6 bucks and sold at every gas station. Lazy people.

It's just your lucky day. LOL.

Friggin criminal . Stopped twice on the same day?
Yup, I'm still surprised that not even a question about a pistol on the seat next to me. Didnt ask for my concealed carry license or anything. Didnt even acknowledge it except a glance at it. Most trusting officers I've met.
