Ribs, 3 hours in the smoker, just wrapped them in foil with butter and brown sugar for an hour, then an hour on the grill at low heat and sauced with some bbq sauce the last 30 minutes.
I agree for the most part cause, low, slow and we like to keep it simple on spices and rubs tho. Taking the silver skin off is a must at our house.
98* degrees out, sitting in the covered shade with the fans running, just popped a top on a Sam Adams Summer Ale.

There use to be an older gentleman I use to see Sunday mornings at church and I'd ask him" How are you this morning Mr. Carter?" He'd always reply "Just thankful for another day on the green side of the dirt." The older I get, the better I understand his reply.LIFE is good every day !!! You just got to live it !!!!
