Scratches are not to bad, I do have two small areas I need to refinish in the kitchen from most likely water. Floor is overall in great condition but it's getting dull in area from furniture

Well my father in law is gonna be mad, we got a counter offer back from the buyers and they came up a little but not what he wanted, we accepted and I will tell him later

Awesome Chris. I believe the water Chris is referring to is only going to be used to irrigate his property. I know he has water to his house already.
