Been out cutting up a tree. Came down in the 60 mph winds last night. Cracked the windshield on the wife's Nissan.
I got the greatest gift ever last night. Wife's parents got a cash offer on their house in California with a 12 day escrow which means they will be out of my house in two weeks. They already have a house here in escrow but it was contingent on theirs being in escrow by the 7th so it has all worked out now

Well my retarded inlays might have pushed themselves out of selling their home. They had an all cash offer with no inspections and a short escrow but it was 6k less than they wanted so they told them no, came down 500 bucks and said that was final. Haven't heard back from the buyers who until now have been instant in their responses

Did I mention I'm really really tired of my adolescent father in law? In one hand I want them to lose the house they have in escrow and have theirs sit on the market for a year unsold so I can say I told you so but then I also want them out of the house yesterday.
