Morning all...
Today I am contemplating backing out of that gas station job and just closing the doors. I keep trying to hang on, I haven't taken a paycheck in three months now because we just are not making money without me babysitting my idiots daily and everyday its another issue. It's all small things that can be fixed on my employees level but they don't communicate. They are not working today because they never called me Friday to let me know they were done with the last job so I figured they had another day left so I didn't bother scheduling anything. Somehow this ended up being my fault. That and I guess they worked 5 hours on Friday and we have a rental backhoe out there and they didn't have enough fuel to fill it up so instead of running to the gas station and back on Friday my Foreman decided its better for him to drive two hours each way today just to put fuel in it, of course on my dime. So instead of it cost me 50 bucks to fuel it will be a couple hundred since he is over paid and under worked.
Just plug in an extension cord and call it a day. Tell 'em this is a gas station strictly for electric cars.
