Morning all. My TV died last night. Who says 4K? Who says curved panel? Samsung, LG, Vizio? Current tv is 50". How about 65"? 70?

I have 3 LG's and an LG computer monitor. I like them all. Last time I was at Costco they had some really nice Samsung 65's that looked nicer than real life. Picture was amazing. I think any if the major brands would be a good choice, just check picture quality at all angles....just my 2 cents...
I hear the 4k is not 4k unless you upgrade your DVR box and channels, which increases prices. Since I sit watching at a wierd angle, I'm wondering if a curved TV would be better for me?
