Worked on the rental for a few then went and looked at a piece of property that just came on the market dirt cheap now BBQing some carne asada and drinking a beer.
Another rental, you'll own most of the town soon.
Just came from across the street where they had a huge party for their daughter, who just graduated from the police academy. Lots of cops, booze, a taco man, and doughnuts. I felt like I was home!
