Why replace all that if you're going to move?
We don't know for sure if we will sell this place, or go back and forth to take advantage of the cheaper gas, guns, taxes, tires, etc.

Kinda, but I handed that house to my son. It is at Havasu Lake, Cal. I want a house in Prescott, Arizona, where we can go back and forth, especially to get out of the heat in So Cal.
