I tolerate cold much better than I do heat. Winter is great and I love snow. Anything over mid 90's is hot. The sun here is very intense too and that adds to it. It just beats down on you relentlessly. The heat of summer is obnoxious here, but fall, winter, and spring are very nice. I seriously have no idea why anyone would enjoy living in Phoenix

Never had it, recipe looks like it would be good.
We make ceviche using cooked shrimp, but the best I ever had was red snapper ceviche in Mulaje, Mexico.
