Went to the aquarium in Chattanooga with my wife and 2 of the grand kids today...that was interesting...told my wife, this confirms Disney's out for me.

Every days a new adventure. I found an assisted care home for mom, can't get her in for a week or so.....

I agree, we never know what is around the corner. An assisted living home should help you with taking some of load off.

Doing ok, busy.
Evening. Just had my first full body message. I pinched a nerve or something in my back yesterday and couldn't sleep, it hurts like hell. Felt good for a bit after the message but the pain is coming back. Might have to go to a doctor if it won't go away

Woke up today in more pain than yesterday but at least I was able to sleep. Off for a five hours drive towing my big trailer to pick some stuff up for a buddy.

Have you tried using one of the Tens shock therapy treatments? My wife has disk problems and she uses it with some success.
