This time, stuff i grew and from a local farm.

Tomatillos
Poblano peppers
Hatch chilis
Jalapeños
Onion
Garlic
Cilantro
Salt
I pan fry it all then blend. Really easy and makes a good sauce. Most recipes dont have ponlanos and they mske a huge difference
