Cool morning, low 70s. Around 100 this afternoon. Supposed to get hotter everyday thru Thursday.
Sat out on the back deck and drank coffee.

We've been walking 3-4 miles every night for the last 14 days, and damn if I just lost one pound. Now, my feet hurt, my ankles hurt, my knees are on fire, and my back is killing me. Yeah, yeah, so I hear fat weighs more than muscle, but still....!

We've been walking 3-4 miles every night for the last 14 days, and damn if I just lost one pound. Now, my feet hurt, my ankles hurt, my knees are on fire, and my back is killing me. Yeah, yeah, so I hear fat weighs more than muscle, but still....!

It takes a while. Back when I could still do much, I walked 6 miles a day at the YMCA indoors. It took months just to lose 10 lbs.

Well i bought two vw bugs. They come with about 20k in parts and motors. Bought two scouts, gonna flip most all. Bought it all for less than the cost of one new vw motor and there are two freshly rebuilt motors.
