Evening John, how's the weekend treating you?
25 hours of yard work in the last two days and had an employee here for 18 hours helping. Hopefully this place looks good enough to sell. Could use another couple days with a crew to be 100 percent but I'm burnt. Tired of sinking money into it at this point.
