Mr Cool makes one that it DIY friendly, and you can order them from Home Depot for about a $1000 a Ton.

I wouldn't call it good, been cleaning out this house from 6am to 10pm every day. Finally have sorted through everything so its just clean up but we will be lucky to get it done by tomorrow.
