I need my sleep. I started taking Magnesium Glycinate in December because it helps prevent osteoporosis, but I discovered a side benefit that I sleep like a baby since I started taking it. I slept 9 hours last night and I'm usually sleeping about 7 to 9 hours most nights now.

Evening, i am getting worse at functioning with little sleep. I toss and turn all night but i usually get a solid 4 hours before that happens. Those cbd gummies i tried really help my sleep but thats about it.

On the good side, gave a quote to fix a main water line to a house that was leaking. This was a neighbor to a builder i work for. Bottom dollar bid of 500 bucks. It will probably cost me close to that. He agreed and we were to start tomorrow. He text me this morning for my bottom dollar price. Im not even going to respond.
