Morning. Monday was 88, today 59 and drizzling. Good thing I finished painting the patio yesterday.

I've been planting and doing yard work for the past week. Ken's been working in his garage.

No A/C here yet. It's cool enough at night to cool things down and just use the screen doors during the day.

I ate some lunch and then planted another forsythia. It's a little involved because first I have to rake back the gravel ground cover, then cut back the landscape cloth, dig the hole, plant it, ring it with rocks to keep the gravel back, fertilize it, water it in, mulch it, water it in again. I do really love to plant stuff, do gardening, and just about any yard work. I get so involved I lose track of time.
