Fired the smoker up this morning it was 26, up to 35.....got a brisket getting some sauna time. I'm hungry already.

Morning y'all! No hot tub here, Me and the Mrs don't want to see each other in a hot tub...
Brisket turned out amazing, just Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper for a rub. Smoked it with a mix of Hickory and Cherry. About 3:30 yesterday the metal cast iron tail pipe in the wall from the kitchen drain took a dump and the bottom fell out, water poured through the basement ceiling. This morning I pulled everything out from under the sink, removed the old pipe, went to Ace, put it all back with PVC and all is well for $7.11. Why do things always happen when I have 9 people here for dinner...dunno

Sure did, water pump on a Chevy pickup, headlight switch on a Dodge Neon, alternator on a Saturn. Productive day.
