I hate customers and employees. Customer insisted we could haul dirt today, it snowed yesterday and everything is wet. Get there with two dump trucks and a loader, took my employees over an hour to check the air in the tires of the loader, showed up at 7am. Got loader ready by 8:15, im paying a little over 100 bucks an hour for three guys plus fuel costs. Got the first truck loaded by 9. Got the first truck stuck buried to the frame by 9:15 after they were told to hive up if it was soft. Its now 11:30 and they just got that truck out and are now cleaning it up so they can park it and go home. Costs so far 500 in labor and 100 in fuel and nothing billable. I love it.

Employees suck, had a little foundation dig today and my employees pissed me off yesterday so i was going to do the job myself with my foreman. Foreman called in sick today so ive called the other two guys for the last two hours with no response. I guarantee ill get a call back in an hour or so with i just woke up. I dont know how you can sleep through your alarms, texts and phone calls.
Fire those lazy ass idiots....ALL of them!
