I'm amazed with how many people think this economy can sustain itself. Everyday I'm talking to people, even ones in construction that think things will be OK for them but not the other guy. I know a few people going half a million or more into debt on equipment thinking there will be plenty of work. Half the people in idaho seem to think that idaho won't crash because people will keep coming here if things crash elsewhere like you will sell your California house for 200k on a short sale and come buy a million dollar home here. People are just dumb.
