Chris, I've been in contact with the Xenforo gurus on the password change. You can change their password to something else, just until they change it themselves, but you will need to send it to their registered email address and hopefully it will not get stuck in the trash as unwanted spam.

I changed it back in the summer when ask forums had that password issue, just can't remember what I changed it to. I tried from phone this morning, but wanted me to type in my current password (which I can't remember) before it would reset. I'll message one of you later when I get home.
