Morning. Suppose to be heating up to over 100 degrees by Monday. I guess l'lI have to go to the bank for a loan to run my A/C.
My light bill goes down when I run my ac, it's the heat that runs mine up.

Heat index will be mid 90s here today and for several more days. Because of all the rain we had, humidity is around 90%.
Barrie, do you have an all electric home? In the winter, my electric bill goes down but my natural gas bill goes through the roof.
We are all electric. Run the ac 24/7 5000 sf home with 5 meters on the property for shop and ag stuff. Summer bill is 2-300 winter bill is 4-900 with the heat barely running.
Just put in a new heat pump system and ac. Hopefully it will go down a bit.

We have gas heat, electric cooling. Gas runs around $100 in the winter and $25 in the summer. Electric is on level pay, about $150 a month year round.

Gas ~ $ 100 monthly in the winter, $40 in the summer. (unless i heat the pool, which is about $20 a day for that).

So remember on mine we have no gas, water, sewer or anything else bill. Our power runs our well and that irrigates about an acre of land with a 5hp pump. My shop portion in the winter is about 100 to keep it heated. I'm adding ac to it this year. I dont like sweating.
My water bill is $16.00 a month, satellite tv $137.00,cell phone is $72.00 and internet is$82.00.
I forgot the trash is $62.00 every other month.
