I sleep very little.
Me as well. After 4 hours of deep sleep, placing my left arm under the pillow causes severe pain, and I am up, whether I am exhausted or now. I think I too need shoulder surgery, but dont want to deal with it at my age.

I sleep about an hour, arthritis pain wakes me, up an hour, sleep another hour, it wakes me again, and so on.
I wish I was young and healthy like Chris.....well check that, maybe young and healthy like his kids!
It's not that bad, just like getting run over all day everyday for 6 months
Finally getting my garage professionally epoxied this week. Took a half hour to grind that water based Home Depot shit off the floor.
