Not surprised. They always paid installers less. They had a "hold back" for a while until the state went after them because it is illegal here.
I was an installer 20 some odd years ago for tile and we got paid way less than going rate.
So I have this apartment complex with five units. Owned it for 4 years and it has gone up 550k in price. The neighbor who owns the rest of the street caught wind I was going to put it on the market and wants to buy it. Hope that works out. I can't wait to have a paid off house and maybe enough to build another shop building

Shoveled a path about 50 feet to the street. Post office won't deliver otherwise.
Chris loves me. If I have to sleep with the livestock, im sure they will be pretty little sheep.

Was at lowes this evening doing a return and needed to grab a piece of molding. Was walking past the appliances when the new kid was hauling a built in oven towards their clearance section, I asked him about it because our oven has a broken screen and the frame keeps popping off. It's 20 years old and is falling apart. He said the bottom stainless panel has a bronze tint to match a style they discontinued. It's a whirlpool that retails for 2400. I asked him how much it was gonna be, he said that his boss said to get rid of them so how about 250 bucks. I should have bought both.

Until I looked up the one I'm pulling out. It's a Thermador that sell used for 1900. I should sell it.
