I'm off all pain meds thanks to Rusty's information posted. Yeah, I am sore most of the day, but having a stroke or heart attack is not worth the little pain reliever. 14 years of Celebrex has to be doing bad things to my body.
All nsaids have some bad side effects but so does Tylenol.

Look into low dose naltrexone. I started on it 6 months ago when I gave up pain meds. Took three weeks to work but man a world of difference.
Good thing neither of us drive heavy equipment! ;)

This medicine may cause some people to become dizzy, drowsy, or less alert than they are normally. If any of these side effects occur, do not drive, use machines, or do anything else that could be dangerous if you are dizzy or are not alert while you are taking naltrexone.Feb 1, 2020

Anyone gaining/losing weight? I have actually lost 14 lbs. since March. No fast food and no breakfast out. I sure miss breakfast out, but my wife won't go.

Have to take a covid test tomorrow, in preparation for my foot surgery on Monday morning. Got my oxi and Norco today. Me thinks this will be a bumpy ride for the next 8 weeks.

Just be careful. I know a 12 year old girl who has been waiting for tonsil surgery for 5 weeks, but they could not work her in. Tested negative every time it was scheduled until today. Finally positive, So now it is put off again.

Thats my concern. I've been confining but the old lady thinks it's all made up. She was at a party last night with 18 people. I'm not paranoid but an old fat guy like me will go down hard, and she wouldn't even get a fever.

I do all our running and wear a mask. But I don't know that does any good. Covid would most likely kill me.

Don't know if I posted this before . 23,000 in my county, 1100 positives (no tests until about June) 15 deaths,

Take 1.5 milligrams at night before bed. I feel 20 years younger. No side effects that I know of, non narcotic and is supposed to help permanently fix pain issues. Pretty much resets your pain receptors.

Good morning. Going for my Covid test this morning. I feel wonderful, so watch it come back positive, so they will cancer my surgery!
As far as the wonder drug. You are correct. There is no harm in trying. I've copied that drug and will be mentioning it to my doctor.

When you talk to your doctor they will have to send it to a compound pharmacy, its such a low dose big pharmacy doesn't make it. Also no one profits from it so your doctor might not even know much about it. Mine didn't but since I've started it she did some research and has prescribed it to a handful of people. Remember it me three weeks to feel the difference but its worth it. My pain is minimal compared to what it was. Usually they will start you out as low dose as they can and bump it up every couple weeks until its working good, Usually you won't go over 5 milligrams
