Skipped my pain meds last night and slept better.

I'm off all pain meds thanks to Rusty's information posted. Yeah, I am sore most of the day, but having a stroke or heart attack is not worth the little pain reliever. 14 years of Celebrex has to be doing bad things to my body.

I took high doses of ibuprofen for years and it damaged my kidneys.

But I had been on tramadol and just decided I don't want it anymore.

Look into low dose naltrexone. I started on it 6 months ago when I gave up pain meds. Took three weeks to work but man a world of difference.
