Meeting with my surgeon today at 1pm mountain time to schedule my shoulder surgery. My back will just hurt forever. I over did it the last two days.

I too was up at 4am. Nothing like waking up to throbbing knees, and having to get up to take pain pills.

17 when I got up, 24 now. Going to do a roof inspection for a realtor at 10. Had to chip 2" of ice off the windshield and tie my frozen ladder on the trailer...
