I drove from AZ to here Missery yesterday and the last three hours it rained and hard! Drove straight thru 23 hours. No wonder I left this misserable place!

Come on up, will have the backhoe and excavator running. Putting the pipe about 4 feet deep. After this all I have left is to plumb my pump and wire it, not looking forward to buying 800 feet worth of wire.
