My air fryer makes roasting potatoes and vegetables really easy

My Ninja air fryer helps a lot with roasting potatoes and vegetables. Just cut them up, toss in avocado oil and salt and pepper, and dump them in the air fryer... Stir occasionally and take them out when they're toasted as much as you like. You can spread them on a baking sheet lined with foil too and bake if you don't have an air fryer.
