What did you eat for dinner?

Gas station food, well may not have been food but it was warm and filled my belly.

BBQ'ed rib eyes, baby fingerling potatoes in olive oil, broccoli, and a salad. Ate outside with mama and with a nice bottle of wine. A great Easter dinner.

I love potatoes, but, its one of the things I've had to cut back on. We use to make a menu around what are we having with potatoes tonight.

Binged on this for a few weeks. Low sodium spam heavily seasoned with wild rice and asparagus.

Actually pretty good, goes down well with ginger ale.

Putting a rack of baby backs on the smoker for me and the Mrs this afternoon. Quiet day here, getting over the crud.
