They didn't use screws on mine,the slurry they made from the bone marrow was like an epoxy,I did how ever have to wear a mid-evil neck collar.
My arms are a different story.

Damn from the date it sounds like your surgery will be done before Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner gets his/her surgery done.

You do have an advantage over him/her. You already have a girls name.
