Multnomah Falls trip this morning.
Mary, the amazing woman in the middle of the group photo, paid for the entire trip. My friend Marcia is on the right
Went to the Bonneville dam. The most interesting parts were the turbines and the fish ladders so the salmon can continue their journey upstream. Yesterday was a museum with a lot of native American art.
The itinerary is centered around the history of the Lewis and Clark and Sacajawea expedition and following their route. There's a talk every evening that is about each successive leg of their journey. The cruise began in Clarkston Washington and Lewiston Idaho where there is a huge statue and there's been museums and interpretive centers all along the way.
This ship holds 184 passengers but this trip there's only 103. Its not been crowded at all! Right now I'm walking around taking photos and have the entire Sky Lounge, Sky Deck, and Top deck completely to myself!
